We understand the trust users place in us and our responsibility to protect the privacy of user information. We want you to be clear on how we’re using information and the ways in which you can protect your privacy.

Our Privacy Policy details how YouBeep collects, uses, and discloses information, and what choices you have as a User, with respect to the information we collect and process when you are using our services.

Updates in this version of the Privacy Policy follows changes in the applicable data protection law. In addition, we are working on making the Privacy Policy clearer and more understandable by organizing it into sections, providing examples that help illustrate how the policies may be implemented by YouBeep and making clear the terms that are used frequently.

Service Terms

Our Service Terms govern your access and use of XHOCKWARE’s mobile Application as branded as “YouBeep” or branded as a Client customized version based on YouBeep.

When using the app content or information is submitted to the Services (“Client Data”), you acknowledge and agree that the Client Data may be shared by us to the Client, to the limits set by the Privacy Policy, with assurance that only Usage Data and no Personal Data will be shared. For example, Client may access Usage Data such as the sales you made or information related to your journey, only referring to its stores, but never who you are, your e-mail, or any Usage Data related to your usage at other Client’s Locations.

We consider your Loyalty Card information as Personal Data. This unique identifier is part of a separate agreement between you and the Client, is retained but has no meaning within YouBeep except for your convenience to take advantage of any special benefits you are entitled to.
